I am feeling better today! If my previous post offended anyone, I do apologize, but this is a "free speech blog world" and sometimes I just let it loose! I am normally not like that (Well, yes I am...but a little nicer than what you read...I promise!), but I just get so frustrated and angry with our so called "leaders" and their bad behavior I just have to spout off.

I need ideas of fun things to do while I am in Vegas. I have the obvious things like the Statosphere rollercoaster and the Hoover Dam, but I want other fun things that we can do (that are on or close to the strip). Is there a particular dining area that is the "best in town" or a gotta go see place? I am clueless when it comes to anything on the West side of the USA, and I need a little help. Most of our mornings will be free to do what we want, so please give me some ideas!!!!

Sick, Sick, Sick, Sick, Sick!!!!

I have been absolutely miserable!!! I came down with the FLU on Thursday night, and by Friday I was just terrible. I have no clue how I got it, but I found out today that my boss was sick also with the same thing I had. Trust me, it is not pretty!!! The bathroom was my friend and so was my bed. I hope no one else gets it cause it really SUCKS!!!!

So I know all of you have at least heard about the asshole Mayor Detroit has. Would you believe the M.F.er thinks he is gonna get away with all the shit he has pulled. I cannot stand that son of a bitch, and I am so sick of seeing his fu**cking, ugly ass mug all over the news! He is a racist, cheating, lying, stealing, coward and I cannot stand him. If there is one person that ignites my blood to boil it is him. He thinks he is all that and then some, and believes that he will be exonerated of all charges brought against his lying, cheating, ass!!!! AHHHH make him go away!!!!!! Okay, I think my flu medication is getting the best of me here, calm down. Please feel free to share your comments with me on this jackass, I mean Kwamie Kilpatrick...hopefully soon to be EX-Mayor of Detroit!!!! I Am Shouting Out At Nelly!!!!!!

How can you abandon us like this. We (your fans, or peeps as you liked to call us) may not always post, but we read. You don't even have to post everyday!! We love you and want you back. I like just being able to vent. You know I vent a lot and so did you! We haven't even gotten to the best Kwame bashing yet!!!! Now I have to vent alone about that asshole.

What am I gonna do without you? I hope you change your mind and come back. Like I said post once a week, shit even once a month if you want!!!!!

Vegas Here We Come!

I just booked our (hubby & my) trip to Vegas!! It is not cheap to go on vacation!!! Of course I had to be picky and choose only non-stop flights, which made our trip more expensive!!! I do not want to take off and land anymore than I have too, also less chance of loosing our luggage! It is a 3 - 3 1/2 hour flight, and I get car sick after an hour.....I don't know how I will do. I have flown lots of times, but only short distances (max about an hour to hour 1/2 flights). Even after those I feel queesy. I will have my motion sickness drugs with me for sure!!! Hubby will probably sleep (I will not be able to sleep, I requested a window seat)! We fly out at 7:00 in the morning and that will put us in Vegas at 8:30 am (3 hour time difference). We will probably go to hoover dam since we cannot check into our hotel until 3:00 pm. I did get us a rental car, we are not staying right on the strip.

I cannot wait!! It should be so much fun! I promise to post lots of pix of the vacation. We don't go until April, so I will try not to talk about it too much!

I Thought This Was Cute!

A man was being tailgated by a stressed out woman on a busy boulevard. Suddenly, the light turned yellow, just in front of him. He did the right thing, stopping at the crosswalk, even though he could have beaten the red light by accelerating through the intersection. The tailgating woman was furious and honked her horn, screaming in frustration as she missed her chance to get through the intersection, dropping her cell phone and makeup. As she was still in mid-rant, she heard a tap on her window and looked up into the face of a very serious police officer. The officer ordered her to exit her car with her hands up.

He took her to the police station where she was searched, finger printed, photographed, and placed in a holding cell. After a couple of hours, a policeman approached the cell and opened the door. She was escorted back to the booking desk where the arresting officer was waiting with her personal effects.

He said, "I'm very sorry for this mistake. You see, I pulled up behind your car while you were blowing your horn, flipping off the guy in front of you, and cussing a blue streak at him. I noticed the 'What would Jesus Do' bumper sticker, the 'Choose Life' License plate holder, the 'Follow Me to Sunday-School' bumper Sticker, And the chrome-plated Christian fish emblem on the trunk, Naturally...I assumed you had stolen the car."

Priceless.
