Getting Ready For The Woodward Dream Cruise!!!
That is some of the great excitement that we have in this area. Once a year (3rd Weekend in August) cars from all around the country converge on Woodward Avenue in Detroit, Ferndale, Berkley, Royal Oak, Birmingham, Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills, and Pontiac Michigan! It is huge! There will be more than a million people lined up and down Woodward Avenue for the event!
The classic cars are stunning and a wonderful time for the entire family. I usually do not go on the actual day (way too crowded for me), but I had so much fun last year, I want to do it again this year! Check out the link and at least get a view of what the "Dream Cruise" is all about!

I was born in Michigan and visited there as a child and young adult so remember some of those places. Woodward Ave sounds real familiar isn't it like the longest ave in the world? lol
Anyway if you run into anyone that wants to buy a Duster send them to my site. Fully restored, 14 miles on it since restoration and hasn't been out of garage except for photo's.
Have a good time.
In Grand Rapids once a year they turn 28th Street into a cruise for the classic restored cars. They are cool to see, but it's way, way, WAY too crowded for my likning!
Hugs
Thanks for taking my boy to it! He had a blast!
