Pumpkin Patch!

Boy did we have fun at the pumpkin patch, but what a rip off this place was. We went to Blakes and it was $4.95 per child and adult just to go in and check out some animals and jump in the hay. I thought that was a little pricy for the small amount of activities they provide. However, the short hay ride to the pumpkin patch was fun for the kids and trying to find a pumpkin was fun too. We got to have cider and donuts (They were so good). Over all, the experience was fun, but expensive. From what I understand, all the orchards in that area are expensive. What can one do with children that doesn't cost so much! You want them to experience different things, but I had four kids over the weekend. That was not cheap!!! No wonder there are not five or six kids per family anymore, you could never afford to do anything fun. Oh well, have a good Monday!
