The holidays are amoung us, so get ready!
Paul and I are pulling out the Christmas stuff this weekend! Normally, he likes to wait until 2 weeks before to put up the tree and decorate outside. I hate decorating that late, because after Christmas I like to take it all down and put it away (like a week after). So I can only enjoy it for a few weeks. Now we are getting it up a little sooner. I truley think that helps me feel the spirit of Christmas. You go anywhere and Christmas is in your face with lights, gifts, I've even seen Santa around town. Then you go home to a house with no lights, no gifts, and definately no Santa. How depressing is that. So we decided we need a little more this year, and decorating earlier hopefully will help us feel the joys of the season sooner.
