Not much to talk about today. I have a terrible backache. I truly think it is from Sunday when I was vegged out on the couch watching movies. I must have sat the wrong way because yesturday and today I can barly move. I had to bring my heating pad to work.
I don't think there will be much for entertainment on tv tonight. We don't live in Detroit, but we have to watch the on going coverage for the election. First it was non stop coverage of the Rosa Park Funeral, I think 5 full days of coverage we were forced to watch if we wanted to watch the news. Now we have had a few days of election coverage and that will be what is on tv all night tonight. If I didn't know better I would have thought this was "Black History Month." I am so sick of all the coverage. Just tell me who wins and not these stupid polls that don't prove anything. I really hope the people of Detroit are smarter than I give them credit for, but I really think all the dumb asses that live there are voting for Kilpatrick. How stupid are those that vote for that monster. He is such an ass and abuses money, and parties, and even may have had a hand in a murder. Who the hell would vote for someone like that??? DUMB ASSES!!!

The problem that worries me is that Kilpatrick is moving up in the ranks and that just makes my skin crawl. People really don't do there homework before an election (I'm guilty of that), yet we vote and then we bitch when things don't go like we planned. Most of the politicians show how they will be by their past, but we don't do the research to make the right choice. Sometimes we do make the right choice, but the power of their postition causes them to change into something we didn't vote for. Basically what I am saying.....The people will always get screwed by the system, and the bad guy for some reason always wins. (They do lose eventually, but usually it is after it is too late to do anything about it).
could you use some different lingo when you get mad even on paper it sounds piercing. Never know who is reading the blog sounds a little racist be careful lots of readers on board.
Blogs are for speaking your mind. I don't consider myself a racist, however I really think that lower class minorities (and other ethnic background, lower class people) are closed minded and don't really care who runs their city or government. Most don't even vote. Lets face it Detroit is not really full of rich, upper class people. I think the choice is obvious for mayor, but again I don't live in the city of Detroit. My vote and opinion does not count!
It has nothing to do with politics its about how we speak in public I'm just saying we can be more effective in what we say by how we say it. I really hope Hendricks wins this battle
I hope he wins too, but he is not the ideal candidate either. He is the better of two evils.
