December 1st, 2005 and Still Lots To Do

The time is flying by so fast! I can't believe we are at December 1st already. I have so much Christmas shopping to do. Yes, I celebrate Christmas and I am proud to say that. There have been a lot of news reports lately about people challenging the courts with nativity scenes on the lawn, not just on city property, but on people's personal property. It makes me sick. We as communities have rights to display religious items on our lawn. We have several statues of Mary in our sub on peoples lawns, and for now that is okay. So why are people so upset about the nativity scene. Christmas has been around for centuries, and I believe that some of these people that are entering our country are starting problems to cause rivalries between neighbors and ultimately challenging us, the people and the government.

Things are only going to get worse. More and more communities are being built and they have laws and bi-laws, and soon they will say no more expressions of your beliefs. So that will mean no more Christmas lights, nativity scenes, and other symbols of Christmas. I will never choose to live in a community like that, nor will I wish people a happy holiday. To me it is Merry Christmas, and anyone who doesn't like it........SUE ME!

DUDE! The whole crew from Mojo in the Morning was going out to that association that told that woman she had to take her nativity scene down and they were going to dress up and post like a real LIVE nativity scene! It sounded like it was going to be hilarious!!!

All I can say is, if it is your house, your property, you can do whatever the heck you want!
