I am really bummed to have to say this, but I will no longer be attending the kickboxing class with my sisters. It is too hard on my knees. I had a dull ache in my left knee since before I took this class, and now it has been getting worse. I think for right now I just need to stick with the pool and gym. This was such a great class. Lots of energy and it was fun too! I will miss going! Sorry ladies!
I have a very busy May ahead of me! Why when the weather gets nice, there is a ton more things to do. Between working outside and inside our house, who has time for anything else!
Yesturday my husband and I bought the cutest tree for our front yard. To get it home I had to put it in the sunroof of my car. Yeah, it looked pretty funny, but when you have big items and a little car, you find anyway you can to make it fit! We also took down all of our upper kitchen cabinets. It looks different in there. We should be getting our new cabinets the 1st week in May. I should be excited, but that just means more work! AHHHHHHHHH it never ends!
Have a good day everyone! Thanks for reading!

Sorry about your knee and having to give up kickboxing, but you don't want to cause damage that you will have to live with when you're old like me.....best to quit and find something else!
Take care!
Thanks Martie, I agree with you, thats why I decided to stop going!
You only have one set of knees, gotta take care of them.
Sorry about your knee, Tracy. That stuff never bothered me till just recently. I have to be careful now about how I move them during workouts or they get sore. I guess I'm getting old! :(
That is such a bummer girl! It was nice to know that I'd see you at least 1 or 2 times a week and all of us sisters could hang out and get healthy together! The time will come when your knees don't bother you as much and you can join us again. I plan on doing this for a long time coming so we'll probably still be going when you return!
Thanks guys for all the encouragement! That helps when you are feeling down! I really did enjoy going. I may still go, but I will sit on the sidelines and cheer!
