So what will happen today? Red Wings Win or Lose?
All I have to say, is if they do not win tonight, I cannot watch them anymore (you know that is a big fat lie, I am such a devoted fan). I am counting on my home team to take me to the Stanley Cup this year. It has been awhile since they won and I am having withdraws! I know most of you that check my blog are not Hockey fans, but I have a feeling I will be back to normal blogging sooner than I want. I think the Wings are gonna once again be bumped out of the first round. It is really such a disappointment for me because now is the time to really get involved and root for the teams you love! Playoff's are always the best!!!This weather that we are having is great! I am loving it! I am working this weekend and then next Saturday will be the last day of this part time second job. I needed it for the tough times I was going through, and now things are beginning to get back on track so I have decided to call it quits for the 2nd job. I will be available to them on an "emergency" basis if someone is on vacation, but YES I have my weekends back!! I am so excited!I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hubby and I were out celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary today......and we're still in love! Amazing huh?
While we were gone, my baby sister called to tell me that our older sister's eldest daughter had surgery today which was supposed to fix a hernia only they discovered a tumor instead. Don't know yet if it is malignant or benign. And while she was in recovery, they brought her younger sister in and she is now in emergency surgery....don't even know why at this point. Please keep them and my sister and her husband in your prayers! Thanks!
Martie, I will keep them in my prayers, and I am so sorry to hear that! Funny how life changes on a whim like that. We just never know.
