Keep Moving.......

I have been on the move, with lots of exercise and diet!! So far I have lost 18 pounds! I told ya I would keep everyone posted on my progress. I am going to be hitting the gym, so I expect my weight loss will not be so dramatic. Toning produces muscle and reduces fat. I will also be involved in water aerobics! I really do love to exercise (as long as I'm not doing it at home). I have to go to the gym to get a good workout. I think if I had gym equipment at home, I would not use it. Kind of like in my drinking days...I liked to go to the bar, not drink at home.

Anyway, things are good and I am moving right along! No health issues with this diet, so I am quite pleased so far with my results.
