Tuesdays are tough days for me to get going. My Mom and I worked out yesturday and today I could just sleep the day away, but no I'm here at work. I don't know how much weight I lost, but my under garments and clothes don't fit like they used to. Even my new suit is getting to big on me! This is great, but that is why I am having a tired Tuesday. A lot of people at my work have been sick, even my husband was sick with the flu, and I didn't get anything! I think that because I exercise and eat better, I have been healthier and immune to cold and flu this season!
Thursday I will be going to my Parents gym to work out. It is nice that we work out with each other. It makes it a lot easier when you know someone. If anyone out there reads this, dieting is great, but you MUST excercise. Whithout excercise you won't get the gratification you need to prove you are losing weight. Eating right is part of the process, but you have to work off what you take on!
