Christmas Is Over!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! I know I really did!
There was so much food at my house on Christmas Eve, and so much food at my sister's on Christmas Day too. I was pretty good. I did not eat to much. I only got one helping of food, not two like in the past years.

My husband and I are dog sitting another bassett hound for a co-worker of mine, and he is the cutest dog, but unfortunately he likes to pee in my house (last night he pee'd on my couch). I had to break out Guninness's old cage and Louie will have to stay in there at night and when I am at work. At first I thought he pee'd because he had to mark his territory, but when he pee'd again this morning and it was on my TV stand, I said that was enough he is going to have to be caged. Louie is 8 years old and knows better than that, but I know my house is strange to him, and it doesn't help when my dog (Guinness, a bassett also) jumps all over trying to hump him. Anyway, we will have Louie until January 1st.

Now it is time to get ready for the New Year! Hopefully with the New Year comes good luck. I keep playing Michigan Millions hoping that I get all the numbers (ha, ha). Well, at least while I am holding that ticket I can dream a little.
